1. Purpose of the documents
To manage and demonstrate compliance to ISO 17021-1 and other accreditation requirements, including IAF Documents with the Conditions for MCAB Accreditations.

2. Introduction
Inti Certs is an accredited Certification Body that provides Management System Certification Services. These guidelines have been created to enable Inti’s client organizations, who have been successfully assessed against a system standard or scheme, to use the logos/marks in a manner that reflects and promotes their achievements and is not misleading in any way.

3. Logos/Marks – Which One Can I Use?
Inti’s Corporate Logo: Unless specific permission is granted in writing, these logos are only for use by Inti.

4. Inti’s Management System Logo
Inti’s client organizations who have been successfully assessed against a Management System standard/scheme.

5. Where Can You Use the Logos/Marks?
You can use the logo/mark on your marketing & promotional materials including letterheads, quotations, general stationery, brochures, literature, exhibition standards, on internal walls and doors, and on your website.

6. Requirements for Using the Logos/Marks:

• Only use the artwork supplied by Inti.
• Only use the appropriate logo/mark relevant to the certification awarded.
• You may add your certificate number and/or the relevant standard reference underneath all the marks, as long as proportions are maintained and all elements remain legible.
• Where a client wishes to promote their certification without using the relevant mark, the wording to be used shall be: Certified by Inti Certs (Certificate Number: XXXXXXX), a MCAB accredited certification body.
• When logos are used on a company website, a link to Inti’s website must be put on the image.

7. Color, Size, and Technical Requirements of the Logos/Marks
Clients may only use the original colors supplied by Inti Certs with no alterations. However, TNV allows black & white reproductions or predominant color adjustments when appropriate. All artwork must be submitted for approval via info@tnvgroup.org.

8. Exceptional Permission
Logos/marks may be reproduced in embossed, relief, die stamped, watermark, or electronic formats, as long as distortion is avoided. Proportions must be maintained to ensure clarity.

9. Restrictions on the Use of Logos/Marks

• The MCAB mark must not be used independently of the Inti mark.
• The logos/marks must not be used in any misleading manner.
• Management system logos must not be displayed on a product or product packaging unless accompanied by approved wording.
• Management system certification logos must not be displayed on certificates of analysis, conformity, calibration certificates, or testing certificates.

10. Suspension or Withdrawal
Upon suspension or withdrawal of certification, all marks must be discontinued immediately.

11. Misuse of Logo
If an accredited certificate holder misuses logos contrary to guidelines, Inti reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the certificate, requiring immediate cessation of use. Actions may include correction requests, certification withdrawal, or legal action.

12. Public Notice / Disclaimer
Inti reserves the right to publish misuse/inappropriate use cases on its portal or other media. Certified client organizations must reimburse related expenses.
